A third-party payouts provider will carry out scheduled maintenance from 21:00 UTC on Saturday, 17 October to 03:00 UTC on Sunday, 18 October (6 hours).

During this window, wallet withdrawals will be unavailable. You will not be able to withdraw funds, and you will see an error if you try to request a withdrawal.

Once the maintenance is complete, wallet withdrawals will be available again and you can submit your request as normal. No other action is needed on your part and your wallet balance is not affected.
